Rolled Oolong leaves are coated with ginseng powder and licorice. The licorice imparts a slightly sweet note to the tea with a lasting finish. A medium amber brew with layers of flavor.

Origin: Taiwan. Oolong processing includes tossing or shaking withered tea leaves to bruise the edges of the leaves. This promote oxidation. Oolongs are known for their deeply aromatic cups.
