Omni hotels is a privately owned luxury hotel chain with locations located throughout North America. Omni has continually been recognized as a leader in luxury hotel accommodation.
Challenge:
As part of Omni Hotels' room service, they wanted to add a fresh plant as decoration to liven up the presentation of their meals delivered to their guests. They required a centerpiece that had low maintenance but also would not attract insects or release pollen or soil around the food.
Solution:
Lucky bamboo was an ideal candidate for the mini centerpiece. Its easy to maintain qualities and lack of soil made it a perfect candidate as a sanitary option for placement around food. Three stalks were decided as the desired arrangement. The chosen wooden sake cup added to the overall natural theme. The combination created a simple Zen appearance that took up little space on the serving tray while still giving a beautiful presentation.

Vision Equities, LLC. is a full service real estate development and asset management firm with its principals possessing an excess of 50 years of real estate ownership and development experience in all asset classes.
Challenge:
Vision Equities wanted to have a custom designed business gift sent directly to their corporate location so they could merge contacts and include their own promotional materials in house and reship the packages to their clients.
Solution:
With our custom screenprinting capabilities, we were able to place both their logo and the logo of their corporate campus on a wooden money tree box. We then packaged all their plants for them in our proprietary custom packaging and freighted it to their corporate headquarters. Upon receipt, they only needed to drop their materials and add their own shipping label.

Henderson Global Investors is a global asset management company that provides investment management services to institutional, retail and high-net worth clients. Henderson manages 53 billion in assets making it one of Europe's largest investment managers.
Challenge:
For the holidays, Henderson Global Investors came to Eastern Leaf inquiring about ordering four hundred client gifts. Their requirements were to promote their brand image as well as have each gift individually packed and sent out throughout the United States to their clients.
Solution:
Our gift consultant suggested from our selection of gift plants to meet Henderson's needs. The ideal tree for Henderson was the money tree plant. In consideration of Henderson's requirements for promoting their brand, our consultant advised which pot color would best make their logo stand out. Pantone colors were matched to ensure an exact match of their logo colors.
To ensure the best presentation and safety of plants during transit, custom boxes were made to ship their gifts. During fulfillment, each gift was then carefully monitored to ensure proper handling and care ultimately leading to a beautiful personalized money tree gift.

Novar, a Honeywell Company, is the global leader in multi-site controls and energy management. As the market leader in its industry, they provide extensive products and services that help meet multi-site energy management needs.
Challenge:
Novar wanted to promote an eco-friendly gift to its recipients by giving them money trees, often viewed as a harbinger of good luck and fortune when given to recipients. They requested for the money trees to come in custom-made packaging that replicated their products. They also wanted to hang money tree notes on each stem to help convey their company message.
Solution:
Per their request, we printed out miniature mock dollar bills and hung them as ornaments on each ficus bonsai tree branch. The effect was a decorative element that contributed to making the Ficus bonsai look like actual money trees. Based on their requirements for custom packaging, we were able to acquire the exact custom-sized materials they wanted to suit their needs. Our fulfillment services included monthly sending of their trees to their clients while providing dedicated warehouse storage space for their custom packages.

Telemundo, the second largest Spanish-language content producer globally, offers entertainment, news, and sports programming for the Spanish-speaking community in the US.
Challenge:
Telemundo aimed to give 100+ festive and eco-friendly gifts during the holiday season. Each gift was personalized with their logo, individually packed, and sent across the US.
Solution:
After consulting with our gift specialist, Telemundo chose the Miniature Money Tree - Red Cube from Eastern Leaf as the gift. This plant is believed to bring good fortune and luck. A red pot was selected for a holiday touch. Each money tree was packed individually with a gift card featuring the Telemundo logo and a personalized message.

Neumann Capital Management, a wealth management firm, is ranked among top firms in the nation for the last seven years by Wealth Manager Magazine. Neumann Capital provides their clients with a fully integrated approach to investment management and financial planning.
Challenge:
Neumann Capital Management requested a perfect gift for their clients that would promote their interest as an eco-conscious company. Ideally, they determined that sending trees to clients would convey the “environmental awareness" message. In addition, Neumann also wanted to add a personalized gift note for each recipient.
Solution:
Eastern Leaf has partnered with the National Forest Foundation, a non-profit organization which saves the environment through planting trees, by pledging to give back 5% of proceeds from certain products for this cause. The variety of products within this category made Eastern Leaf the perfect choice for selecting a gift. Since the goals of the gifts were to promote Neumann Capital Management as an environmentally conscious and socially responsible company, picking the money tree plant would have an added bonus by contributing to the National Forests Foundation. Along with the tree, clients also received an explanatory note indicating their contribution to NFF and how the gift has benefited the environment. A personalized message card was also included with each gift.

Bazaar Voice was looking for a reputable bonsai dealer to work with in their marketing campaign for new customers. They needed their tree sent with careful packaging and with a quick turnaround. Collateral papers also needed to be included with the shipment

Eastern Leaf was able to provide an easy solution for Bazaar Voice. With our customer tree packaging, the bonsai trees were sent with a great presentation. Premium tree were hand picked to go along with their marketing pieces that were included along with the shipment.

Challenge:
Procter & Gamble were looking for a unique plant party favor for a large corporate event. They needed the favor to be delivered directly to the event venue on the exact day as well as assembled and ready to place on the guest tables.
Solution:
On short notice, Eastern Leaf was able to assemble and ship 500 lucky bamboo favors to the convention center for their event. All the party favors arrived safety on the date requested. Our custom packaging ensured their health and safety during transit. The favors were also packaged to enable fast and easy removal and placement onto the guest tables.

Fenwick & West LLP, a national technology and life sciences law firm with international acclaim, was recently certified by Santa Clara County as an environmentally sustainable "Green Business" for the steps it has taken to conserve natural resources.
Challenge:
For Fenwick & West LLP's Seattle office grand opening, they requested a gift that would help promote their interest as an environmentally "green" company.
After a few exchanges with our gift consultant determining the gift requirements, Eastern Leaf was able to create a custom bonsai arrangement that easily fell within their budget.
Solution:
A juniper, the signature bonsai tree specimen, was selected and paired with the desired pot (color, shape) that suited their needs. The pot was also personalized with their own color matched Fenwick & West LLP company logo. As a finishing touch, each bonsai was individually wrapped for a professional clean presentation. The bonsai were then carefully packaged and promptly freighted to Seattle.

Challenge:
At a Kemper function for investment portfolio clients, they were looking to create a decorative piece that would help promote their brand identity as well as give an event gift that clients could take with themselves. They also wanted to include a custom plant stake conveying a custom message.
Solution:
Our gift consultants coordinated the entire effort including advising on how to create a prominent logo on a high contrast vase. Our design and screenprint team printed their custom logo on the vase and paired it with a juniper bonsai tree. We then had plant stakes custom designed and printed according to Kemper's specifications. The finished product was done within two weeks and pallet shipped to their event.

The Baltimore Examiner, a daily newspaper in Baltimore, Maryland, is part of a national chain that includes the San Francisco Examiner and Washington Examiner.
Challenge:
For the holidays, the Baltimore Examiner was looking for a holiday gift for its employees. They wanted a gift that would be presentable for hand delivery to each person. The product selected was the miniature money tree cube in a red.
Solution:
Originally interested in a red pot for the miniature money tree, the pot color was changed to beige on short notice. Despite the large quantity change in color, Eastern Leaf was able to repot the trees and make the change within a day. The trees were then individually packaged and freight delivered.
To ensure healthy delivery of the trees in the cold weather, the shipment was guaranteed with a transit time of three days. The shipment was also carefully insulated and sent with heat packs to control the temperature of the trees. The result was a vibrant holiday gift tree on arrival to all its recipients.
