The Bonsai Cut Paste is a thick, clay-based Bonsai sealant, used to seal cuts and keep sap from bleeding. Cut Paste is used by kneading it into a ball, then flattening between fingers before applying to bonsai wound. The purpose of the bonsai paste is to control how the scar tissue forms and looks after healing. It is also useful to prevent the tree section from dying back when making a full trunk cut or large branch cut. Made in Japan.
