Eastern Leaf and National Forest Foundation Team Up in New Partnership Benefiting the Environment

Eastern Leaf has partnered up with National Forest Foundation to help save the forests of the United States. A special product line was developed where a percentage of the sales will benefit the efforts of planting trees. This partnership will help restore forest ecosystems that have been damaged by wildfire, insects and disease.

Chino, CA June 19, 2009 -- Eastern Leaf is taking their love of trees one step further by partnering up with National Forest Foundation. Beginning in June 2009, Eastern Leaf started donating 5% of their proceeds from certain products to benefit the efforts of this national non-profit organization.

Eastern Leaf President, Jason Chan, had been looking for ways to contribute to his community and the environment. He came across National Forest Foundation when he decided that he wanted to partner with an organization who shared his passion for trees. "This is something I've been looking forward to for quite some time." President Chan explained, "We've been looking for ways to give back to our community in our own special way and partnering with this amazing organization allows us to do so."

Customers have a wide range of choices in selecting on how they want to help the environment. On Eastern Leaf's website, their most popular plants and trees benefit National Forest Foundation. Each of them is unique in their own way and range from bonsai trees to bamboo arrangements to money trees.

Eastern Leaf Addition of New Product Line of Gift Baskets Despite Recession

Chino, CA, May 18 -- Eastern Leaf is taking a chance and expanding their product line to include gift baskets. The recession officially took hold of the economy late fall of 2008. But this small business is still doing well, while others and even bigger companies have faded away.

Though they specialize in gift plants and event favors, Eastern Leaf predicts the gift baskets will sell well. “Our aim is on giving consumers more options when they shop for gifts for both their loved ones and business clients.” Finance Director, Renee Chan, explained, “We want to help take the stress out of shopping, so we created these baskets in hopes that the shopping experience with us is more enjoyable.”

The gift basket collection will start small, highlighting teas and candles made especially for Eastern Leaf. Once the economy gets stronger and consumers are spending again, the collection may expand and become a permanent product for this booming small business.

For additional information on the Eastern Leaf and their gift basket collection, contact Bami Gloria, Marketing and Operations Director, at (909)517-2990 or visit www.easternleaf.com.

Eastern Leaf Extends Drop Ship Program for New Partnership Opportunities

Chino, CA, April 15, 2009 -- Eastern Leaf is expanding their network and looking for partners for their Drop Ship Program. The Drop Ship program is available to retailers in the continental United States. This program differs from their current Wholesale and Affiliate programs.

The Drop Ship program is based from a supply chain management technique so partners do not worry about having room for their selected goods from Eastern Leaf to sell. Once the purchase is made, Eastern Leaf ships directly to the customer.

To participate in the Drop Ship program, an online application must be submitted via the Eastern Leaf website. Potential partners must have the Resale License and be prepared to provide it on the application. Once approved, they will receive access to the online catalog.

For additional information on the Eastern Leaf and the Drop Ship program, contact Bami Gloria, Marketing and Operations Director, at (909)517-2990 or visit www.easternleaf.com.
