Suiseki are viewing stones that are appreciated by their decorative value, and are naturally found in rivers, oceans, or lakes. Popular types of suiseki suggest a mountain, a waterfall, an island, a thatched hut or an animal.

Seigaku refers to the dark gray coloration and rugged texture of this vertical landscape stone. The lighter-colored "foot" may be to provide a flat base for the hand carved hardwood stand. Includes a custom, hand-carved wooden daiza stand. Stone pictured is the actual stone that will ship.
