Jason Chan is a founding member of Bonsai Jidai, Southern California's premier school of bonsai. He serves on the board of the Golden State Bonsai Federation. He served for two years as the editor of GSBF's quarterly bonsai publication. He contributes articles to various bonsai publications and holds demonstrations for clubs and organizations.
