Returns Policy - Live Plants:

We take pride in our live plants. Our plants are handpicked from our nursery for form and shape. Before shipment, each plant is freshly watered and fertilized to ensure its health upon arrival. If you are unhappy with your plant(s) and wish to make a return, please contact us within 7-days from date of delivery to arrange a return. Personalized items are not eligible for return.

  1. All live plant returns need to be returned in the original condition, this does not include all original packaging. Please package the return to the best of your ability.
  2. The return needs to be postmarked within 7-days from the date of delivery to qualify for an exchange, store credit, or credit (minus discounts and shipping /handling fees).
  3. All returns need to be shipped to the following address with a copy of the packing included. Eastern Leaf, 4789 Cheyenne Way Chino, CA 91710
  4. The return can be made via the carrier of your choice or an Eastern Leaf return label. Please reference Eastern Leaf Return Label Fees below for fees. Customers are responsible for all incurred return shipping fees.
  5. Upon receipt of return in its original condition we will notify you and process your exchange, store credit, or credit.
*If processing an exchange the customer is responsible for all incurred shipping fees; original shipping, return shipping, and reshipping fees.

*Any Live plants returned after the 7-day post mark date will not be eligible for exchange, store credit, or credit.

Return Policy: General Products (excluding live plants)

We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment to you is that you may return any unused item (except personalized items) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus discounts and shipping /handling). Damaged Items and Plants

If an item you receive is damaged, missing, or defective, please notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. If we have made an error, we will correct it immediately and pay for any shipping charges incurred. Call us between 7am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time or send an email to support@easternleaf.com to arrange the return or replacement of a defective item. Items must be returned to us to qualify for a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of many of our plant products, please understand that we cannot be responsible for extreme weather nor for the health of a plant once it is out of our care.


Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses resulting in Undeliverable/Delayed Package

Because of the perishable nature of our products, shipments to incorrect current addresses will void Eastern Leaf Live Plant Guarantees.


Eastern Leaf 30 Day Guarantee:

You can return a general product (excluding live plants) in its original condition within 30 days of its receipt and receive a refund of the product price. (Plants subject to live plant policy as stated above) Please include your packing slip with the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


How are our plants packaged?

All our plants are thoroughly watered and moistened prior to shipment. To prevent breakage of leaves or branches, all our plants are custom packaged to ensure that they do not move within the box during transit. Additional Information

Eastern Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier. All packages are shipped with delivery tracking. By default, the shipping carrier will leave the package at the door if the recipient is not available. If your package is confirmed as delivered, we cannot issue any refunds, credits, or replacements for lost or stolen packages. Should you not receive your package in a timely manner after you have received your shipping confirmation, please email or call us to inquire about your order.


Eastern Leaf Return Label Fees

Eastern Leaf Return Label fees are deducted from your refund and are based on the original weight of your item(s) in its original packaging. Eastern Leaf Return Label costs are subject to change at any time, without prior notification. Restrictions and limitations may apply.

Return shipping Labels.

Please refer to our returns for information on how to arrange return for Live plants and general products (excluding live plants). Once the return has been approved please find information on obtaining an Eastern Leaf return label below.

  1. Please notify Eastern Leaf if you require a return label. Eastern Leaf return label fees depending on the size for the item(s) being returned. (See Eastern Leaf Return label fees below.)
  2. Eastern Leaf return labels will be emailed to the customer once processed. (Business Days Only.)
  3. Print the label once received.
  4. Tape the label to the outside of the box. You may use the same box your items came in, just be sure to remove or cross out any old barcodes or shipping labels.
  5. Drop it off at your local FedEx location.

*If processing an exchange the customer is liable for all incurred shipping fees; original shipping, return shipping, and reshipping fees.
