No Purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase your odds of winning. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account at the time of entry. Entrants must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entries missing required information will be disqualified. Required information will be clearly marked on the entry form by an asterisk. Employees, officers and directors of Eastern Leaf, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, agents and suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and individuals living in the same household as those individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor and Administrator have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
How to Enter:
To enter just become a fan of Eastern Leaf on Facebook. You must be subscribed to the Eastern Leaf Facebook fan page at the time your entry is selected to receive a prize. Persons attempting multiple entries, whether through sign-ups using multiple email addresses or otherwise, or who unsubscribe and then re-subscribe, will be disqualified. Any other attempt at Internet or e-mail entry is invalid.
How To Win:
Monthly Winners will be selected in random drawings by Eastern Leaf staff from all eligible entries who Eastern Leaf Facebook Fans, during the final week of each month. Winners may be announced on the Eastern Leaf website, through Facebook status updates, Twitter posts, links from the Newsletter and/or by Email. Winners must claim their prize and confirm their eligibility within 15 days. If the information you provide us while registering is not true and incomplete, or the email address you registered with is not working, or you have asked to unsubscribe from the Eastern Leaf, or violated other contest rules, you will not be eligible to win. No cash redemption, assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize may be permitted.
Prizes:
One Monthly Prize will be awarded, which is a decorative gift plant, as determined by Eastern Leaf. The approximate retail value of decorative gift plant valued at $59 or less.
The Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible fans subscribed to the Eastern Leaf fan page. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Void where prohibited or in jurisdictions requiring registration.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.
