Shipping Information:
We offer multiple shipping methods as well as flat rate ground and express rates. Enter your zip code during checkout to calculate shipping rates. All of Eastern Leaf's Shipping Rates are calculated per weight and shown on the shopping cart. All of the rates are shown so that you can compare and pick the one that best suits your needs.

Free Shipping over $100:
Orders over $100 excluding shipping costs qualify for free shipping. Corporate gifts and freight shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Cutoff Times:
2-8 Ground / Flat Rate Ground Shipping: Ships 1-2 Business Days after your Order is Placed
2-5 Day Priority: Ships 1-2 Business Days after your Order is Placed
3 Business Days: Ships the same business day if order is placed before 12:00pm PST (unless holiday exception).
2 Business Days: Ships the same business day if order is placed before 12:00pm PST (unless holiday exception).
Next Business Day: Ships the same business day if order is placed before 12:00pm PST (unless holiday exception).
We strive to ship our products same day when possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please Note:
  • *To ensure the health of your plant, ground and priority orders to colder regions may be delayed to avoid a weekend layover in transit.
  • Eastern Leaf currently cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
  • Deliveries available on business days only.
  • We currently only ship to within the contiguous United States.
  • Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returned packages due to incorrect current addresses will be subject to additional shipping surcharges.
  • Eastern Leaf currently does not ship our products to APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy: General Products (excluding live plants)
We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment to you is that you may return any unused item (except personalized items) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling).

Items must be returned to Eastern Leaf, 3826 Riverside Dr., Chino, CA 91710, USA. Please include your packing slip with the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy - Live Plants:
We take pride in our live plants. Our plants are hand picked from our nursery for form and shape. Before shipment, each plant is freshly watered and fertilized to ensure its health upon arrival.

Damaged Items and Plants
If an item you receive is damaged, missing, or defective, please notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT . If we have made an error, we will correct it immediately and pay for any shipping charges incurred. Call us between 7am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time or send an email to support@easternleaf.com to arrange the return or replacement of a defective item. Items must be returned to us to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of many of our plant products, please understand that we cannot be responsible for extreme weather nor for the health of a plant once it is out of our care.

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses resulting in Undeliverable/Delayed Package
Because of the perishable nature of our products, shipments to incorrect current addresses will void Eastern Leaf Live Plant Guarantees.


Eastern Leaf 30 Day Guarantee:
You can return an item in its original condition within 30 days of its receipt and receive a refund of the product price. (Plants subject to live plant policy as stated above) Please include your packing slip with the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


How are our plants packaged?
All of our plants are thoroughly watered and moistened prior to shipment. To prevent breakage of leaves or branches, all our plants are custom packaged to ensure that they do not move within the box during transit. Additional Information
Eastern Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier. All packages are shipped with delivery tracking. By default, the shipping carrier will leave the package at the door if the recipient is not available. If your package is confirmed as delivered, we cannot issue any refunds, credits, or replacements for lost or stolen packages. Should you not receive your package in a timely manner after you have received your shipping confirmation, please email or call us to inquire about your order.


In-Store Pickup (Chino, CA)
Any orders with an In-Store Pickup option will need one business day for processing before the order is available for pickup. A representative will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. Pickups are available Monday - Friday only.


Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses resulting in Undeliverable/Delayed Package
Any shipments with an incorrect or incomplete address requiring updates for delivery purposes per the carrier will incur a $18.00 address correction fee.
